Professional Development is a multifaceted process. The state and local district decide on the number of days or hours all personnel need for professional development. SeaClass PD™ (Professional Development Workshop Registration) is a complete professional development tool. District leaders can plan and schedule staff development, while staff can register for the training on-line. Coupled with the tool is the formal evaluation instrument. This application is configured to the state evaluation instrument, but is completely customizable to local instruments as well.
